El otro día estaba escuchando el último disco de The Ting Tings y me di cuenta de una cosa, que inconscientemente, había buscado un grupo así durante años. ¿Por qué?, pues yo era muy muy fan de el grupo que se hizo famoso en los 70 y los 80 con canciones como "Rapture", "Call me" y por supuesto... "Heart of glass", canción que por otro lado considero una de las peores del grupo.

Me refiero al grupo liderado por Deborah Harry, Blondie.

Cuando a finales de los noventa Blondie se volvió a reunir, después de que se editaran veinte o mil discos de recopilaciones y caras B, sacaron un disco nuevo llamado No exit que incluía un temita que seguro que recordareis, se llamaba "María", y tuvo bastante éxito a nivel popular.

La reunión dejó bastante que desear, el disco era bastante espantoso, se habían convertido en una sombra gris de lo que habían sido, el espíritu de Blondie se había perdido, ya no había vuelta atrás. Aún así sacaron otro disco, que cuando lo compré, pensé... a ver si ahora. Pero no.
